The EcoReturn Tech Aquamation Process

Pets are gently placed in the premium 316 stainless steel chamber of the alkaline hydrolysis system.
The unit is sealed, automatically filled with water and powder, then heated with constant stirring.
Organic matter is reduced to bio-liquid and white bone remains, through precise heat and chemistry.
Effluent is transferred to the treatment system, while pure bone fragments stay within the chamber.
Clean bones are prepared to be dried and processed; they are then ready to be returned to the owners.
The intelligent PLC system cools and stabilizes the liquid output, ensuring it is safe for discharge.
The automated control optimizes the heating cycle for every batch to save substantial time and energy.
